Ascent Partners is a strategic acquisition firm focused on operating businesses. We connect buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, and acquisition groups around acquisition, partnership, buyer-seller opportunities. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, professional purposes. Program name: APX Acquisition Network (also referred to as "APX"), operated by Ascent Partners.

Program description: APX is the SMS messaging program through which Ascent Partners communicates with participants in our acquisition network — a private business acquisition network. As part of an existing or developing relationship with Ascent Partners, participants may receive one-to-one text messages from APX concerning acquisition, partnership, buyer-seller opportunities. How you consent: You consent to receive text messages from APX by providing your mobile number to a Ascent Partners representative, by submitting your mobile number through a form on this Site, or otherwise in the course of a one-to-one conversation with us about an opportunity. We do not assume consent from any other source.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the status of our relationship with you and the activity around any opportunity you are involved in. There is no fixed cadence; messages are sent as opportunities or coordination needs arise.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any APX message at any time to opt out of further messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further messages from the program unless you opt back in.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive text messages from APX is not a condition of any purchase, service, financing, or transaction. You may participate in Ascent Partners's network without enrolling in text messaging.

Privacy: Information about your participation in this messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

No solicitation; no offer of securities

Nothing on this Site or in any Ascent Partners communication constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment. Any specific opportunity discussed between Ascent Partners and a participant is communicated privately and is subject to its own terms, diligence, and documentation.
