If you provide your mobile number to Ascent Partners — directly to a representative, through a form on this website, or in the course of a one-to-one conversation about an opportunity — you may receive text messages from us under our APX messaging program. These messages are one-to-one in nature and may include potential acquisition matches, buyer/seller introductions, partnership opportunities, confidential opportunity updates, and coordination of calls.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or other transaction with Ascent Partners.
Message frequency varies based on the status of our relationship and the activity around any opportunity you are involved in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also email info@ascentusx.com to update your messaging preferences.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent records will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstance. This restriction applies to mobile numbers, opt-in records, and consent metadata.
How we share information
We share information only as described in this section. We do not sell your personal information.
- With counterparties to an opportunity — where relevant, and only after we have a working understanding with you, we may share contact information and opportunity-related details with prospective buyers, sellers, partners, lenders, or advisors involved in a specific transaction. We use professional judgment and standard confidentiality practices.
- With service providers — vendors who help us operate our business (hosting, email, customer-relationship tools, analytics, and similar). These providers are bound by confidentiality and may only use information to provide services to us.
